Distance Sales / Online Purchase Terms

This document summarizes the main distance sales / online purchase terms between ForgeLogo LLC and the buyer for digital credits and AI logo services purchased through forgelogo.co. It supplements the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

1. Seller

2. Buyer

The natural or legal person purchasing digital credits or services through forgelogo.co (the "Buyer").

3. Subject

The subject is the online sale and electronic delivery of digital credits, AI logo generation services, digital previews and downloadable logo outputs.

4. Product, Quantity, Price and Tax

The package name, credit quantity, unit price, currency, applicable taxes (if any), payment method and delivery method are presented at checkout. The Buyer confirms this information before payment is captured.

5. Delivery

Credits and digital outputs are delivered electronically to the Buyer's account or result page. Delivery is typically immediate but may be delayed due to payment authorization, fraud checks, provider outages or security review.

6. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content/services delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal may be limited or excluded once delivery/performance starts with the Buyer's express consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right, consistent with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(ğ) and similar laws.

7. Invoices and Records

Payment, invoice and order records may be stored electronically for accounting, tax and legal compliance. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate billing information where required.

8. Force Majeure

ForgeLogo is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including provider outages, internet failures, governmental actions, natural disasters or security incidents.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes may be subject to applicable consumer arbitration committees, courts or competent authorities of the Buyer's country of residence, in addition to the governing law and venue stated in the Terms of Service.

For consumers in Turkey, this document also serves as the pre-information form (ön bilgilendirme) and distance sales agreement (mesafeli satış sözleşmesi) under the Turkish Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
