Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes when refunds and cancellations are available for ForgeLogo digital credits, AI previews and downloadable logo outputs. It is designed to be transparent and aligned with the requirements of our payment partners (e.g., Stripe) and applicable consumer law in the United States, the European Union and Turkey.

1. Digital Nature of the Service

ForgeLogo provides digital services and AI-generated digital content. Credits, previews and downloads are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.

2. Free Preview Before Purchase

Where available, you can preview generated logo concepts (with watermark) before purchasing or downloading the high-resolution version. This is intended to allow informed decisions before payment is captured for a download.

3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

  • You were charged but credits were not delivered to your account due to a technical issue and support cannot resolve it.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges caused by a technical issue.
  • Unauthorized charge confirmed after investigation.
  • Refunds required by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

4. When Refunds Are Generally Not Available

  • Credits already used to successfully generate logos, except where required by law.
  • Downloaded high-resolution logo files where you expressly consented to immediate digital delivery (waiver of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Art. 16(m) and similar rules).
  • Subjective dissatisfaction after a successful preview and accepted output.
  • Violations of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, abuse, sanctioned use or chargeback misuse.

5. EU/UK 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Where Applicable)

Consumers in the EU/UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting digital delivery (e.g., generating with paid credits or downloading) during the 14-day period and acknowledging the loss of withdrawal right at checkout, you waive that right for the performed portion, in accordance with applicable law.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@forgelogo.co with the subject "Refund Request" and include: account email, payment date, amount, currency, package, last 4 digits of the card and a brief description. We aim to respond within 7 business days.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the original payment processor. Bank settlement times vary and are not controlled by ForgeLogo.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an error, please contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.

9. Subscriptions (If Offered)

If subscription products are offered in the future, recurring charges, billing cycles, cancellation and refund rules will be presented at checkout and will supplement this policy.
