• Account data: email address, name (optional), avatar URL, authentication provider identifiers (e.g., Google ID).
• Payment metadata: transaction ID, amount, currency, package, status, country, last 4 of card and brand returned by the payment provider. Full card numbers are not received or stored by ForgeLogo.
• Generation data: prompts, brand name, slogan, selected style, colors, generated logo URLs, credit transactions, downloads.
• Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, cookies, log files, security events, approximate geolocation derived from network data.
• Communications: messages you send to support, attachments, and our responses.

3. Why We Process Your Data

• Provide, secure and operate the Services (account, generation, preview, download).
• Process payments, refunds, invoices, accounting and tax records.
• Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse, chargebacks and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
• Improve our Services, analyze usage and develop new features.

Account data is generally retained while the account is active; payment and accounting records may be retained for statutory periods (typically up to 7 years) under U.S. and other applicable laws.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard security measures, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, principle of least privilege, audit logs, and processor due diligence. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and notify us of any suspected unauthorized access.
