2. Categories of Personal Data

• Identity and contact data: name (optional), email, authentication provider IDs.
• Customer transaction data: package, amount, currency, payment status and references provided by the payment provider. Full card numbers are not stored by ForgeLogo.
• Customer transaction history: prompts, generated logos, credit usage, downloads.
• Process security and audit data: IP address, device/browser data, cookies, security events, logs.
• Communication data: support messages and attachments.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Account creation and management.
• AI logo generation, preview, download, credit and refund operations.
• Payment processing, accounting, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Security, anti-fraud, abuse and rate limit enforcement.
• Legal compliance and response to lawful requests.
• Service quality, analytics and product improvement.

4. Legal Bases under KVKK

• Performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
• Legitimate interests, balanced against your rights and freedoms (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Explicit consent where required by law.

5. Recipients (Aktarılan Taraflar)

Personal data may be transferred to: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database), AI generation providers, hosting/CDN providers, analytics providers, professional advisors and competent authorities where legally required.

6. Cross-border Transfers

Because ForgeLogo LLC is U.S.-based and uses global cloud, payment and AI infrastructure, personal data is transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries. We apply contractual, organizational and technical safeguards consistent with KVKK Article 9 and GDPR Chapter V.

7. Retention

Data is retained as long as necessary for service provision and legal obligations, after which it is deleted, anonymized or destroyed in line with our retention schedule.

8. Your Rights under KVKK Article 11

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about the processing.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the limits of the law.
• Object to results created solely by automated systems where applicable.
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

9. How to Submit a KVKK Request

Send your request to hello@forgelogo.co with the subject line "KVKK Request". Include identification information that allows us to verify you, the right you are exercising, and the relevant account email. We respond within the timeframes required by KVKK.
